Darke County Recovery Services is committed to providing innovative and effective solutions for individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of recovery homes and ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Recovery Program Manager to develop and implement care plans for residents.
  • Ensure that residents adhere to program requirements and policies.
  • Log outcomes and participation regularly.
  • Conduct room checks and administer drug screens as directed.
  • Participate in assigned trainings and team development meetings.
  • Provide daily presence in recovery homes via remote services.
  • Assist residents in obtaining food.
  • Participate in RWC meetings as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, addiction studies).
  • Two to four years of experience working in addiction recovery or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
