Job SummaryWe are seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Aesthetic RN, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated aesthetic professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each client's individual needs
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, in a safe and effective manner
- Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedure care, and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing to promote customer outreach & retention
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience providing Aesthetic treatments
- California Registered Nurse in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of aesthetic professionals
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software

CompensationThe expected compensation for this position is $70.00 per hour, plus benefits and bonus potential. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
