Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Maintenance Technician to join our team at HNI Workplace Furnishings in Muscatine, IA. This is a Weekend shift opportunity that requires a strong background in electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical and power distribution, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives, and programmable controllers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and specialized equipment involving hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, lubrication, and pumps.
  • Repair, install, and troubleshoot instrument/vision systems, piping and plumbing, electrical theory, mechanical operations, motors, automation, and robotics.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial or military setting focusing on electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical and power distribution, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives, and programmable controllers.
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing and a 7-year criminal background check.
  • High school diploma or GED is not required.
