About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate and family-centered care to our pediatric patients. This will involve:

  • Providing age-appropriate care that meets the unique needs of children and their families
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or higher (BSN requirement may be waived with approval from the ADN Committee)
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
  • BLS certification within 30 days of employment or at time of offer if working in the Emergency Department
  • PALS or PEARS certification within 1 year of employment as required by department

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
