Job Summary:

The Certified Medical Assistant will provide exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
• Accurately complete patient registration and insurance verification
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing patient flow
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification in the state of employment required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
