Job Overview

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to provide Second Level Engineering support for the AJW-163 NMT CM/PI/PM Team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and verbal skills, with the ability to route project and branch level documentation for upper management approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Partially write and support the overall development and implementation of process re-engineering, quality, configuration management and business process modernization projects.
  • Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of process documentation, as well as provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to enable successful completion of project artifacts.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software products, especially Microsoft Project, to create, maintain, and analyze project schedules.
  • Support weekly and/or monthly reporting of data to managers and project personnel.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Specific training and/or certification in one of the following, iCMM, ISO, CM, or PMP is required.
  • US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
  • Upon conditional offer of employment, candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
  • Verification of past employment, verification of education, and references are also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and experience with Safe Agile Principles and Practices.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly, mostly through hands-on use and mentoring by other Project Leads.
  • Ability to identify potential project trends and risks to management.

Education:

  • Associates degree with a minimum of 8 years process improvement experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of process improvement experience OR
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of process improvement experience.
