Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities within the Floor Care Program, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train and instruct employees on tasks, safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Activity Coordination: Coordinate and monitor work activities to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal results.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit written reports, including pass-downs, weekly, and monthly reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Quality and Safety Inspections: Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair, as well as supplies inventory and maintenance.
  • Employee Supervision: Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Incident Reporting: Report accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately, ensuring prompt action is taken to mitigate risks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, attendance, and metric data, to inform decision-making and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Have knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and compounds, as well as their safe and efficient use.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide employees to achieve program goals.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.

Work Schedule:

The position requires working evenings, from 5:00pm to 1:30am, to ensure the Floor Care Program operates smoothly and efficiently.
