As an Expo at Hash Kitchen, you will be responsible for adding the finishing touches to our delectable brunch dishes before they reach our guests. You will oversee the expo line, ensuring that food orders are prioritized correctly and that there is a smooth flow of communication between your team members and the kitchen.
- Assist in the final assembly of dishes by verifying accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Final touches on plating and garnishing
- Support team members in the prompt delivery of prepared meals
- Remove barriers in service, food preparation, or dishwashing areas
- Conduct inspections of the premises to meet quality and sanitation standards and assist in maintaining cleanliness
- Relay important information between the kitchen and service staff (e.g., special customer requests)
- Address client concerns to uphold the restaurant's reputation
- Assist with additional tasks as required (e.g., handling telephone orders)
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management
