  • Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ability to interpret and apply welding standards and codes
  • Proficient in 1st piece table layouts and quality control procedures
  • Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles and specifications
  • Familiarity with coordinate measuring machine (CMM) reports and troubleshooting techniques
  • Skilled in MIG and TIG welding on stainless and mild steel, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Meet customer expectations for stainless steel welding and fabrication

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Vocational training in a STEM program, career center, or technical trades training

Minimum 1 year of welding experience in an industrial environment, with a focus on quality and precision

Basic understanding of GD&T, print reading, and relevant tools and equipment

Physical Demands:

Activities include standing, walking, bending, gripping, and lifting items over 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and ergonomics

Must have good vision abilities for close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
