Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career in the plumbing industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of water distribution properties, previous experience in plumbing, and be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, PTO/PSL, paid holidays, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations
  • Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe
  • Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, using hand tools and power tools
  • Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, lavatories, water closets, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners
Requirements
  • A strong knowledge of water distribution properties
  • Previous experience in plumbing
  • Med Gas certification is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Braze and soldering experience
