At Springpoint Living, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Professional to join our team.



The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in security. They will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of our facilities and community.



Responsibilities

  • Respond to Resident Calls and Requests: The Senior Security Professional will respond promptly to resident calls and requests, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Facility Security: They will be responsible for responding to calls regarding the facility, determining an appropriate course of action, and taking necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of the community.
  • Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, the Senior Security Professional will respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
  • Patrols and Rounds: They will make regular patrols and rounds to check empty apartments and ensure that all circuit breaker locations are familiar.
  • Outside Patrol: During inclement weather, the Senior Security Professional will conduct outside patrols to identify and mitigate any safety issues.
