Be the Hero on the Roadside

Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? As a Roadside Recovery Driver with the AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your expertise and calm demeanor will help them feel safe and supported, even in the most challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our members feel valued and cared for
  • Operate a range of vehicles, including HGV recovery trucks, to recover stranded vehicles
  • Work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) license
  • A Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
