About the Role

Wealth With No Regrets is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring that client priorities are executed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform operational or administrative functions for client-related requests, such as processing checks, wiring funds, and updating addresses.
  • Research client and security information through our back-office system.
  • Complete and process paperwork for new and existing clients, including investment management agreements, annuity applications, and life insurance applications.
  • Maintain existing client relationships by processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring key client information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and accurate.
  • Follow established audit and compliance procedures.
  • Document client service interactions in our CRM tool.
  • Collaborate with our advisory team to capture and document important actions and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with customer relationship management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, pay increases, holidays, health benefits, retirement plan, and fringe benefits.
