- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Licensed Social Worker (LGSW, LISW, or LICSW) in the state of Minnesota.
- At least one year of experience in healthcare or social services, with a focus on social work.
