Job Description
Exceptionally Me Inc is seeking a driven and compassionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Direct Support Professional / Registered Behavior Technician.

About the Role:
As an integral part of our community, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with intellectual disabilities and Autism. You will work closely with our esteemed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored interventions and track client progress through meticulous data collection and insightful notes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA therapy programs under the guidance of our BCBA.
  • Track client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure safe and effective medication management.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, team members, and supervisors.

Requirements:
  • 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan.
  • Minimum 5 months experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities/Autism.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • RBT Certification.

Compensation:$21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
