Responsabilidades:
  • Identificar oportunidades durante las interacciones con los clientes.
  • Mantener registros detallados de las interacciones con los clientes.
  • Buscar nuevos clientes y fomentar referencias.
  • Asistir con los contactos diarios de los clientes.
Calificaciones:
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones.
  • Conocimiento de productos de seguros de líneas personales es un plus.
