We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Secure Nursing Service LLC. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of California
- At least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
