Heavy Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

Bear Energy Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated Heavy Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of our fleet of vehicles.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, preferably with diesel engines. A trade school diploma or equivalent in diesel technology, military experience, or an apprenticeship program is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all fleet vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
Additional responsibilities include developing and managing the fleet budget, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
