Key Responsibilities
  • **Cleaning and Sanitation:** Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, floors, and surfaces, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • **Trash Removal:** Remove trash and recyclables from the facility and ensure that all areas are free of debris.
  • **Seasonal Tasks:** Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and general cleaning.
  • **Laundry and Supply Management:** Assist with laundry and supply management, including restocking closets and refilling disinfectant bottles.
  • **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • **Age:** Minimum age 16 required.
  • **Experience:** Six months or more of related experience preferred.
  • **Certifications:** CPR/AED & First Aid and New Employee Orientation certifications required within 30 days of hire.
  • **Skills:** Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • **Physical Demands:** Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; occasionally stoop/bend.
Working Conditions

The Facilities Maintenance Associate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to work independently and follow verbal and/or written instructions. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
