Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and create targeted treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure patients meet their goals.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
