Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the nursing staff, the Patient Care Assistant will assist in maintaining the therapeutic environment and safety of Maryhaven Addiction Stabilization Center (MASC). The Caregiving Professional will work in collaboration with both the medical and clinical staff in providing the most effective and supportive treatment to all clients admitted onto the detox unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with a 12 Step Program or comparable experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift 15lbs is necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- A State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is preferred.
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance effective on your first day.
