Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our Facilities Sanitation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the facility is kept in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls, addressing spills, breaks, and other accidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and other duties as assigned.
  • Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Safely operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers, and perform basic preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment.
  • Operate cardboard and plastic balers and compactors, and load pallets and recyclables onto trailers.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked supply room and maintenance stations, ensuring supplies are readily available to respond to maintenance calls.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks is also preferred.
