Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning team at the Holiday Inn of East Windsor. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
  • Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay
  • Operate hotel systems and software to manage guest information and reservations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a take-charge attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
