Nuclear Medicine Technologist Leadership Opportunity

The Nuclear Medicine Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery and quality of imaging services, meeting clinical demands with adequate staffing levels, supplies, and resources. As a supervisor, you will oversee procedures, train new staff, and maintain current knowledge and skills appropriate for patient care.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join Baylor Scott & White Health as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Supervisor. With a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery and quality of imaging services
- Maintaining adequate staffing levels, supplies, and resources
- Training new staff and ensuring all registrations and certifications are up-to-date
- Interviewing, counseling, and completing performance evaluations
- Facilitating goal setting for staff and monitoring their progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- 3 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology, preferably with billing knowledge and charge integrity
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) certification from the Texas Medical Board
- One of the following ARRT-NM or CNMT certifications from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International
