Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest oncology treatments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
