Located in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, the El Monte Union High School District is a renowned educational institution established in 1901. Its high schools include Arroyo, El Monte, Mountain View, Rosemead, South El Monte, and Fernando R. Ledesma High School. The district also features the El Monte-Rosemead Adult School, one of California's largest and most respected adult programs. The district employs over 600 certificated employees and over 500 classified employees, providing educational programs for over 7,000 students in grades 9 through 12 and 11,000 in adult education.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proof of High School graduation or equivalent
- Any combination equivalent to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed
- One (1) year of general maintenance experience
- Valid California driver's license
