About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Supervisor to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of transportation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all transportation services are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of drivers to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Coordinate the dispatch of vehicles and drivers to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles are safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
