Job Summary

A Cybersecurity Specialist with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) will ensure the security and effectiveness of our products and systems. This role involves conducting comprehensive testing of cybersecurity systems and products to identify and report any vulnerabilities or weaknesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in developing and implementing test plans and procedures based on industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of cybersecurity systems and products to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures based on industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and incorporate them into testing strategies
  • Generate detailed reports and documentation of test results, including recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and findings

Requirements
  • BS + 5 years of related experience
  • DoD Manual M at the Information Assurance Technical (IA T) Level I role
  • TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
