Job Summary:

Six Flags Magic Mountain is seeking a Ride Attendant to join our team. As a Ride Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests while they enjoy our thrilling rides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Guests: Greet guests as they enter the ride, provide clear instructions and assistance as needed, and ensure they are properly secured in their seats.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety checks on the ride and its equipment, and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and provide assistance with any issues or problems that may arise.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other ride attendants and park staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, walk, and move quickly and safely around the ride area.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
