Leasing Representative

We are a reputable property management company, SEB Realty Corp, seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including half days on Saturdays.

This role will focus on leasing activities for multiple properties in various locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

• Accompany prospects to apartments and discuss lease terms.
• Educate applicants about the benefits of our properties.

• Desired 2 years of experience in leasing or apartment rental management.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
