Job Overview

PROSPERA is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our culinary team with expertise and passion for food preparation.

The Culinary Specialist will be tasked with essential duties including preparation of ingredients, ensuring portion accuracy, and the presentation of dishes in alignment with the quality standards established by the Culinary Manager.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required. The role also involves managing breakfast service, which includes the setup of the breakfast buffet in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Culinary Manager.

Availability for early morning shifts starting at 4:30 am to 12:00 noon or evening shifts from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm is essential. Candidates must possess prior cooking experience.


Qualifications:
  • Part-time position with 2-3 shifts per week, varying between breakfast and dinner service.
