Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Managers to optimize product specifications and analyze technical feasibility
- Responsible for schematics capture, layout checking, BOM generating, and debugging and testing of server motherboards and add-on cards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and solve engineering issues and ensure product quality
- Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, layout instructions, and test procedures
- Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, EMC and energy regulations, and customer performance expectations
- Provide technical support to contract manufacturers and production department during product sample and production stages
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 9 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience working with x86 server/workstation boards
- Deep understanding of X86 architecture and comprehensive knowledge of PCB layout, debugging tools, and software
- In-depth knowledge of PCB layout, OrCAD/Allegro tools, circuit design, and PCB structure
- Knowledge of high-speed circuit design and voltage regulator circuit design
- Familiarity with digital scope and high-speed bus measurement
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capability, and strong ability to adapt and learn new technologies
