Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Infusion team at UMass Memorial-Marlborough Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to standards of nursing practice.
  • Perform patient assessment and develop individualized plans of care, including discharge planning.
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate nursing care within assigned clinical settings.
  • Delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Document patient care and education plans according to established procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
  • BLS certification (ACLS certification may be required for some positions).
  • Chemo/Immuno certification required or obtained within 12 weeks of hire.
  • 2 years minimum oncology experience preferred.
