Job Summary

The Kroger Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Store Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with customers and respond to their questions and requests in a timely manner
  • Operate equipment according to company guidelines and follow basic product handling procedures
  • Assist with product production, packaging, presentation, and replenishment to ensure in-stock position of available product
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
