Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at production facilities, ensuring smooth transitions to job sites.
  • Manage all site-related activities, including sourcing and engaging material vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, production managers, and general contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding project developments and concerns.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports.
  • Maintain and adjust completion schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and address emerging issues to mitigate risks effectively.
  • This role requires significant travel, up to 85% of the time, as dictated by project needs.
  • Driving is a fundamental aspect of this position.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Familiarity with construction codes and regulations.
  • Proven experience in multi-family commercial projects.
