Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at production facilities, ensuring smooth transitions to job sites.
- Manage all site-related activities, including sourcing and engaging material vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, production managers, and general contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding project developments and concerns.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain and adjust completion schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and address emerging issues to mitigate risks effectively.
- This role requires significant travel, up to 85% of the time, as dictated by project needs.
- Driving is a fundamental aspect of this position.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations.
- Proven experience in multi-family commercial projects.
