Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address mechanical anomalies, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
  • Install and commission new equipment, and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to inform maintenance and installation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select and procure project equipment, ensuring compliance with OHSA and Company EHS guidelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend instrumentation and connectivity projects to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in automation projects to optimize operations and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
Requirements
  • Professional diploma in industrial mechanic or electro mechanics.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in welding, assembly, and disassembly, as well as heavy equipment handling.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
