Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Texas family law to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and diligent professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to support our clients and contribute to the firm's success.

Responsibilities
  • Support the firm's clients in a manner consistent with our values and mission
  • Work closely with our Dallas team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Texas family law and the legal marketplace
  • Utilize new technology to meet the changing demands of the legal profession
Requirements
  • Licensed in Texas with 3-5 years of experience in Texas family law
  • Confidence in the courtroom and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiation and mediation
  • Solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes
