Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Operate specialized ventilators and provide medication treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure proper functionality and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
