Job Title: Production Planner

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and controlling production schedules to ensure a smooth flow of materials and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Inventory Control, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Monitor and analyze material availability, production progress, and potential problems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, material shortages, and supply chain issues to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the safety committee and food safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Associates Degree in Management, or equivalent experience in food/flavor/ingredients manufacturing.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a production planning or supply chain role.
  • Proven ability to manage effectively within a team-based work environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, with a commitment to corporate ethics policies and safety programs.
  • Ability to assess business and financial risk, and exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
