Kids R Kids Lilburn seeks an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Director to lead our Pre-K program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our 4 and 5-year-old students.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in early childhood education who can provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to our teachers and staff. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth in our children.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs aligned with state licensing requirements and Georgia's Bright From the Start initiative.">
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to teachers, providing guidance on lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management.">
  • Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their child's educational journey.">
  • Foster positive relationships with local community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure our program remains relevant and effective.">
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient operations and high-quality services.">
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, while maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and organized learning environment.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.">
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a lead teacher or director in a GA Pre-K program, preferably with a record of successful program development and implementation.">
  • Strong understanding of Georgia's Early Learning Standards and the ability to adapt to changing regulations.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and community partners to achieve common goals.">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.">
