Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insulation Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Constructors, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for installing commercial and industrial insulation according to specifications.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. As a Commercial Insulation Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install batt, poly, caulk, and foam insulation per specifications.
  • Leave construction sites clean and orderly.
  • Keep a timely schedule and finish all projects efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, and homeowners.
  • Maintain tools and personal protection equipment in good working condition.
  • Determine the proper insulation depth for individual attics.
  • Work safely and use safety personal protection equipment according to company policy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year experience installing batt insulation and spray foam insulation preferred - training available.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
