Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric intensive care unit or related setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The salary range for this position is $68,000-$115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) retirement savings and paid time off.
