About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including starting, buying, and selling businesses, business financing and investing, mergers and dissolutions, protecting business secrets and IP, and negotiating business contracts and general transactions.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, CA Bar
  • 7-10+ years of Corporate/Transactional Law experience
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
