Senior Architect, Contact Center Specialist

Opportunity OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with our Enterprise Technology Solutions team, where you will collaborate with senior leaders to transform our business and technology capabilities. As a Senior Architect for Contact Center Technologies, you will be responsible for applying your knowledge of Contact Center technologies to influence and innovate solutions that impact the business.
Responsibilities:- Support strategic Contact Center initiatives
- Provide consulting to division architects and grow an enterprise Contact Center architecture practice
- Align Contact Center capabilities with business groups and promote reusability and commonality
- Establish governance and control processes for successful Contact Center implementations
This role requires a strong background in Contact Center architecture, experience with large-scale technology platforms, and cloud data technologies. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop architecture priorities and direction to enable business imperatives. You will also be responsible for establishing strategic technology direction and architecture vision for an organization, driving continuous technology transformation to minimize technical debt, and defining and leading technology proof of concepts to ensure feasibility of architecture solutions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent, with 5+ years of technology Architecture experience. You must have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud conversion from legacy platforms, as well as experience with multi-division complex contact center landscapes and implementations. You should also have experience leveraging latest technologies including AI to improve contact center experiences and efficiencies.

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $135,700 - $223,900 per year, based on national market ranges and considering factors such as scope, complexity, location, skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
