We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling custom metal products using MIG and TIG welding techniques.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced welder and fabricator with metal finishing experience to work in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be working with aluminum and steel materials, reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and sketches to produce high-quality products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Fabricate and assemble various metal products
  • Cutting, shaping, and grinding various metal materials to project specifications
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel materials

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in welding (MIG & TIG) and fabrication
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and sketches
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
