Job Description

Riverview is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team at our Riverview Center in Vancouver, WA. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, life insurance, and a paid time off program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service while utilizing problem-solving skills to satisfy client needs.
  • Q2 Internet Banking Platform: Have basic knowledge of the Q2 Internet Banking platform to assist customers with password resets and general inquiries.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Complete and submit maintenance tasks on the core system to support other staff members.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • The ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
