About the Role

Ecolab, a leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services, is seeking a skilled Assembly Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for utilizing hand and power tools to assemble, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and inspect small soap-dispensing units and larger sub-assembly machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble light mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to exact specifications.
  • Perform simple hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment.
  • Perform assigned re-manufacturing operations, including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, polishing, inspection, and re-assembly.
  • Work from process and specifications sheets.
  • Accurately process necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping.
  • Utilize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools to improve safety, efficiency, increase service to customers, and reduce costs.
  • Proactively communicate maintenance needs, quality issues, or other situations that impact safety, quality, or productivity to the appropriate leader.
  • Ensure constant communication with management on daily activities and losses.
  • Assist in training teammates.
Position Details

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm, with a 10-hour shift. The compensation package offered is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math ability.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for upwards of 10 hours.
  • Pass a drug screen and physical exam.
