About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team at LanceSoft. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to utilize statistical techniques to drive business decisions.

You will work closely with engineering to implement logging and monitoring solutions, ensuring that our business partners have the insights they need to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3-4 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, dashboards, and Python is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct analytics experiments to test hypotheses and inform business decisions
  2. Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms
  3. Collaborate with engineering to implement logging and monitoring solutions

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
