Job Title: Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at the Law Office of David K Uthman and the San Francisco Traffic Law Clinic. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in their daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a legal setting, preferably in criminal law. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys, including preparing court documents, managing files, and coordinating with clients. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing court documents and managing files
  • Coordinate with clients, including scheduling appointments and communicating with them via phone and email
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with research and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a legal setting, preferably in criminal law

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
