We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - Medication Administration to join our team at LindenGrove Communities LLC. As a Medication Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Monitor residents for signs of medication side effects and report any concerns to the nursing staff
  • Assist with vital sign checks, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Provide basic care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
  • Successful completion of the State of Wisconsin approved Medication Administration Assistant training program
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
